Lee Shipway is the co-founder and Co-Executive Director of Peaceful Solutions Counseling. Lee currently co-facilitates groups for the S.A.F.E. program and continues to offer a variety of workshops and trainings to local, statewide and national organizations, events, and corporations. Lee is the past president of the Wisconsin Batterers Treatment Providers Association and was awarded and recognized by the Governor of Wisconsin for her significant achievements in the field of Domestic Violence.
Todd Werner
Todd Werner is the co-founder and Co-Executive Director of Peaceful Solutions Counseling. Todd has been one of the co-facilitators of the S.A.F.E. program for the last twenty one years, and has provided many other services to families for the past twenty-six years. Todd also travels throughout the country offering music assemblies to elementary schools that speak about peacemaking skills, and positive character traits. Jill Fedrowitz
Jill is our administrative assistant who keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently. Jill is the friendly voice you hear when you call Peaceful Solutions Counseling.
Ashleigh H. Dowis M.S. E., L.P.C.
As a licensed professional counselor her expertise includes individual, couples, and family therapy to address a wide variety of issues including, anxiety, depression, ADHD, physical and sexual abuse, childhood sexual abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, child behavioral problems, parenting issues, grief, supportive psychotherapy for adults with developmental disabilities, and other mental health concerns.
Ashleigh strives to understand each individual’s unique experiences and help him or her find the tools needed to live a safe, healthy and happy life. She is passionate about serving others and promoting positive change in people’s lives, families and community. Ashleigh provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults.



Steven Korzinek
Steven co-facilitates the Phase I portion of the SAFE program, conducts intakes, facilitates the men's aftercare program, and provides mentoring to men in the SAFE Program. Steven brings with him a wide variety of valuable life experiences that allow him offer compassionate and valuable wisdom to the men we serve.
Jolene Nowak M.S., L.P.C.
Peaceful Solutions Counseling is pleased to announce that Jolene has recently joined our clinic. As a licensed professional counselor her expertise includes individual, couples, and family therapy to address a wide variety of issues including: childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, ADHD, physical abuse, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, child behavioral problems, parenting issues, grief, and other mental health concerns.
Jolene comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and expertise with children and adolescents. She has worked extensively with sexual abuse issues; treating adolescent male abusers in a residential treatment setting as well as outpatient settings, and treating victims of sexual abuse in both settings as well. She is trained in play therapy and has extensive experience with providing therapy to children ages 3 yrs. to 7 yrs. old.
